Olivia is Loved | Fresh Life {Ancaster Newborn Photographer}

This little sweetheart’s session was booked many, many months ago- before many people even knew she was arriving! Her mommy was one of my first maternity clients, and big brother was a gorgeous newborn client. I love getting to revisit clients and see the kiddos all grown up! Cohen is two and oh-so-adorable and his sister was as well. She sure did give us a run for our money though! No crying, just wide open eyes and no desire to hold ANY pose I put her in! But I won- haha! I absolutely love the results! And doesn’t she just look so happy?!

Joel & Courtney- Together for Life {Hamilton, Dundas Wedding Photographer}

This is going to be a long post. Just warning you!

A while back, a good friend and photographer, Amy Hoogstad invited me to second shoot with her for her brother’s wedding. It so happens that it’s a very tight knit circle here- I went to school and church with Amy and her siblings growing up, and Amy’s brother was marrying my cousin. Joel and Courtney were going to be married on the same day as my 6 year wedding anniversary, and their reception was held on her parent’s front lawn- just like ours was! Surrounded by my friends and family, it almost felt like I was reliving parts of my own wedding day!

Combining two gorgeous people, a stunning wedding party, beautiful flowers, accessories, and perfect weather = a very happy photographer.

Thanks so much Amy, for inviting me along and Joel and Courtney for being so wonderful! I wish you the Lord’s blessings in your married life together. xo

Celebrating Milestones {Hamilton Child and Family Photography}

This lovely family was celebrating a 25th wedding anniversary as well as a first birthday, and they wanted to commemorate that with a session. We decided to shoot on a beautiful Saturday morning at Dundurn Castle in Hamilton. They all drove a long way (some from Elora and some from Brampton) and I was very honored! The long drive meant little Kendra was not one bit interested in my antics, nor my camera- but we still got fantastic images of this very blessed family. Here is the Mr and Mrs- still so in love!
