Today I was able to take a moment and sit in remembrance of the soldiers who have given themselves to fight for our freedom. What an incredible sacrifice on their part and what a wonderful gift they have given us! Freedom is something I pray about every day- I am so thankful to be free to worship the LORD, to live in a country where it is not dangerous to come before Him in prayer and thanksgiving. The lives that were lost were precious ones; husbands, fathers, brothers, friends. Lest we forget!!!

Do you recognize that cute little kiddo? *sigh* She keeps getting older on me- I’d pay millions to freeze her as a baby. I am not looking forward to her ever leaving me…I know I am going to be that mother that cries when her children leave home.

Can’t post without a picture! Here’s a cute one of my sweet little nephew Nixon. He didn’t want to co-operate the first time around so we did another session on his first month birthday! The perks of having an auntie photog- although he might not think so when he gets older! lol (what is up with this crazy woman and taking pictures?!)
