Well this was fun. -10 degrees, a baby waiting patiently in the car and many, many on-lookers…but I’m so happy to have gotten this shot of me and my girls. It’s pretty much what I had in mind…and the girls were SO good! This was another self-timer shot- there’s some funny outtakes of me running back and forth! haha Who wears heels in snow and soft ground? Oh yeah, me.

We did it! Made it through a whole year with one family image per month. To you it probably doesn’t sound hard, but attempting it with three small children and one grumpy husband (sorry honey, you know it’s true!) and a self timer was not easy at all! Here’s our last image for 2011!
As good a reason as any other, this session came about because part of Jordyn’s family was visiting from Australia. Finally reunited again, Jordyn wanted to capture this moment with images to preserve their memories. I truly think this gift to her family is the most precious one they will receive this Christmas! I have now photographed Jordyn’s little family three times in a year (see here and here) and always love seeing them! Little Benjamin has grown into a gorgeous little one year old and it was so great to see him again! Enjoy a taste of their session!
